DAY 01: BANGALORE – DELHI – JAYALGARH

Reporting @ Airport
As the first light of day creeps across the city, students gather at the airport, their faces glowing with excitement for the adventure ahead. They board their flight to Delhi, the journey beginning with a buzz of anticipation and chatter.

Arrival at DELHI airport & transfer to transfer to JAYALGARH {7 hours’ drive from Delhi}
Upon arriving at Jayalgarh, the students are greeted by the rustic charm of their campsite. The air is fresh with the promise of outdoor adventures, and they quickly settle into their cozy tents, ready for the days ahead.

DAY 02: JAYALGARH

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The day begins with the serene morning light filtering into their tents. Students wake refreshed, eager to start their activities.

A hearty breakfast fuels them for the exciting day. The delicious spread is enjoyed in the picturesque setting of Jayalgarh’s natural beauty.

08:30 AM: Program Orientation and Introduction
The students gather for an orientation, where they meet their team and learn about the day’s adventures. The sense of camaraderie grows as they prepare for their team-building activities.

09:00 AM: Team Building Activities
The students dive into energizing team-building games designed to break the ice, enhance communication, and develop leadership skills. The challenges and fun foster a spirit of collaboration and growth.

11:30 AM: Snacks & Juice
A refreshing break with snacks and juice recharges their energy, setting the stage for the next round of activities.

12:30 PM: Lunch
They enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, savoring a variety of dishes while sharing their experiences from the morning’s activities.

As night falls, students retreat to their tents under a blanket of stars, their minds abuzz with the day’s excitement.

DAY 03: JAYALGARH

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The day begins early, with students waking up to the sounds of nature and freshening up for another action-packed day.

07:00 AM: Breakfast
They gather for a nutritious breakfast, energizing themselves for the thrills of the day ahead.

09:00 AM: White Water Rafting
The students set off for an exhilarating white water rafting adventure on the river. The thrill of 14 kms of rapids, cliff jumping, and body surfing leaves them breathless and exhilarated.

After the adrenaline rush, snacks and juice offer a refreshing break, giving students a moment to relax and recharge.

12:30 PM: Lunch
A hearty lunch is served, giving everyone a chance to refuel and share stories from their rafting adventure.

02:30 PM: Obstacle Courses
The students tackle a series of challenging obstacle courses, including Double Trouble and Multi Vine. Each course tests their agility and teamwork in a fun and rewarding way.

07:30 PM: Dinner Followed by Debriefing and Briefing

DAY 04: JAYALGARH

Students wake up to another crisp morning, ready for the day’s enriching experiences.

A delightful breakfast fuels them for a day filled with cultural and ecological exploration.

09:00 AM: Cultural Exchange Programme with students from a local school visit
The students visit a local school, engaging with village students and exchanging stories and gifts. This cultural immersion deepens their understanding of rural life and fosters meaningful connections.

DAY 05: JAYALGARH

The final day begins early with students waking up to savor their last morning at Jayalgarh.

A farewell breakfast is enjoyed, setting the stage for their journey back.

09:00 AM: Session on Kayaking and duckie rides (inflatable kayaks)
Students dive into an exhilarating session of kayaking and duckie rides on the river. With expert guidance, they paddle through calm waters, mastering the art of maneuvering inflatable kayaks while soaking in the serene beauty of the surroundings.

11:30 AM: Snacks & Juice
A snack break provides a quick refreshment before the next adventure.

06:30 PM: Campfire with Music followed Dinner

DAY 06: JAYALGARH – DELHI – BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up
The final day begins early with students waking up to savor their last morning at Jayalgarh.

07:30 AM: Breakfast
A farewell breakfast is enjoyed, setting the stage for their journey back.

08:30 AM: Checkout from the camp and Departure to Delhi Airport
Students check out of the camp and embark on their journey back to Delhi, filled with memories of their adventure.

12:30 PM: Lunch
A final lunch before their flight provides a moment to relax and reflect on the incredible journey they’ve experienced.

Report to Delhi International Airport
As the adventure draws to a close, students arrive at Delhi International Airport, their hearts full of unforgettable memories.

Departure to Bangalore by Scheduled Flight
Boarding the flight, students settle into their seats, the excitement of the past days still fresh in their minds.

Arrive at Bangalore International Airport
Touching down in Bangalore, students disembark, greeted by familiar faces and the warmth of home. The journey may have ended, but the stories, skills, and memories they’ve gained will stay with them for a lifetime.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: , Local Transportation by private AC Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ,Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at tents on sharing basis  Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Airfare, Transfer from school to Airport and transfer back from the Airport to the school, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
