Start your adventure with a flight from Bangalore, landing in Visakhapatnam, where a warm welcome and a comfortable hotel stay set the stage for exploration. Your first stop is Kailasagiri, a hilltop park offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the Bay of Bengal. Dive into naval history with a visit to the INS Kurusura Submarine Museum, and then unwind on the golden sands of Rama Krishna Beach, culminating in a serene sunset at the Kali Temple. The next day takes you on a scenic drive to Araku Valley, where you'll marvel at the stunning Borra Caves, immerse yourself in the vibrant tribal culture at the Araku Tribal Museum, and stroll through the picturesque Padmapuram Gardens. After a delightful day of exploration, enjoy a final evening of relaxation and reflection. DAY 01: BANGALORE – VISAKHAPATNAM

Departure to Visakhapatnam as per scheduled flight
As dawn breaks, students gather at the airport, their eyes sparkling with anticipation for the adventure that lies ahead. They board their flight to Visakhapatnam, excited to explore a new city and create unforgettable memories.

Arrive in Visakhapatnam, Check-in (Early check in subject to availability standard check in time 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM), Freshen up and have Breakfast
The group arrives in Visakhapatnam, where the coastal breeze welcomes them warmly. After checking into their hotel, the students freshen up and enjoy a delightful breakfast, energizing themselves for the day ahead.

10:00 AM: Visit to Kailasagiri
A short drive brings the students to Kailasagiri, a serene hilltop park offering panoramic views of Visakhapatnam and the sparkling Bay of Bengal. The cool breeze and lush surroundings make this a perfect spot for reflection and group photos.

12:30 PM - Lunch
The students indulge in a delicious lunch, savoring local flavors while sharing their excitement about the adventures yet to come.

2:00 PM – Explore INS Kurusura Submarine Museum
Stepping into history, the students explore the INS Kurusura Submarine Museum, where they discover the fascinating world of naval operations. The submarine, now a museum, offers a glimpse into life beneath the waves, leaving everyone in awe of the brave sailors who once served on it.

3:00 PM - Relax at Rama Krishna Beach
The golden sands of Rama Krishna Beach invite the students to unwind and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. The sound of the waves and the laughter of their friends create a perfect moment of relaxation.

5:00 PM: Visit to Kali Temple
As the day winds down, the students visit the revered Kali Temple, located on the beach. They witness a stunning sunset, where the sky turns a brilliant shade of orange, reflecting off the calm waters.

8:00 PM: Dinner
Back at the hotel, the students enjoy a sumptuous dinner, reminiscing about the day’s adventures. The night ends with everyone eagerly anticipating the next day’s journey.

9:00 PM: Overnight Stay at Visakhapatnam
After an eventful day, the students retire to their comfortable rooms, dreaming of the scenic wonders awaiting them in Araku Valley.

DAY 02: ARAKU VALLEY DAY TRIP

6:30 AM: Early Breakfast
The day begins early with a hearty breakfast, filling the students with energy for their day trip to Araku Valley. The excitement is palpable as they prepare for the journey through the Eastern Ghats.

8:00 AM - Travel to Araku Valley
The journey to Araku Valley takes the students through breathtaking landscapes, with the Eastern Ghats offering stunning views at every turn. The winding roads and lush greenery make the trip as enjoyable as the destination.

12:00 PM: Buffet Lunch
Upon arriving in Araku Valley, the students enjoy a delightful buffet lunch amidst the beautiful surroundings. The cool mountain air adds a refreshing touch to their meal.

1:00 PM: Explore Borra Caves
Next, they venture into the depths of the Borra Caves, where the incredible stalactite and stalagmite formations leave everyone in awe. The natural beauty of the caves, illuminated by soft lighting, creates a magical atmosphere.

2:30 PM: Visit to Araku Tribal Museum
The students then explore the Araku Tribal Museum, where they gain insights into the rich tribal culture of the region. The vibrant displays and artifacts offer a deep connection to the traditions and heritage of the local communities.

3:30 PM: Stroll through Padmapuram Gardens
A leisurely stroll through the Padmapuram Gardens allows the students to appreciate the beauty of the well-maintained gardens, filled with exotic plants and flowers. The tranquility of the gardens provides a perfect backdrop for reflection and relaxation.

5:30 PM: Departure Back to Hotel
As the sun begins to set, the students bid farewell to Araku Valley and return to their hotel in Visakhapatnam, their hearts filled with memories of the day’s explorations.

8:30 PM: Buffet Dinner
The evening concludes with a delicious buffet dinner, where the students share stories of their day, filled with laughter and camaraderie.

9:30 PM: Overnight Stay at Visakhapatnam
With another day of adventure complete, the students settle in for a peaceful night’s sleep, excited for what the final day will bring.

DAY 03: RETURN TO BANGALORE

6:00 AM: Wake Up & Freshen Up
The day begins early as the students wake up and freshen up, ready to make the most of their final day in Visakhapatnam.

7:30 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A delightful breakfast awaits them, offering a variety of dishes to satisfy every palate. The students fuel up for the day ahead, enjoying the last moments of their stay.

8:30 AM: Free Time to Enjoy Hotel Facilities
The morning is free for the students to explore the hotel’s facilities, whether it’s a dip in the pool, a game with friends, or simply relaxing in the serene environment.

12:30 PM: Check Out and Buffet Lunch
After packing up and checking out, the students gather for a final buffet lunch, savoring the flavors of Visakhapatnam one last time.

2:00 PM: Time Free for Shopping
The afternoon offers free time for shopping, allowing the students to pick up souvenirs and gifts for loved ones back home. The bustling markets of Visakhapatnam provide a vibrant shopping experience.

Departure to Bangalore by evening flight
As the sun sets, the students head to the airport, their bags filled with memories and treasures from their trip. They board their evening flight back to Bangalore, their hearts full from an unforgettable adventure.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

The Tour Cost Includes: Local Transportation by private AC Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (veg/non veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, , General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Airfare, Transfer from school to Airport and transfer back from the Airport to the school, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
