DAY 01: BANGALORE – DELHI

Departure from Bangalore to Delhi
As the first rays of sunlight touch the bustling city, our eager travelers gather at Bangalore International Airport, their spirits high and hearts full of anticipation. A flight to Delhi beckons, and the adventure begins with packed breakfasts to fuel their excitement.

Arrival at Delhi Airport
The plane descends into the vibrant heart of India, where Delhi's rich tapestry of history and culture awaits. The group disembarks and is whisked away by a comfortable AC coach, the cityscape unfolding before their eyes.

Transfer to Hotel by private coach
Upon landing in Delhi, the students are greeted by the bustling energy of the city. A private coach awaits to whisk them away in comfort, offering a smooth and scenic drive through Delhi's vibrant streets.

01:00 PM: Check-In @ Hotel and Refresh

02:30 PM: Proceed to Delhi Local Sightseeing
Students embark on their exploration of Delhi's iconic landmarks. With a sense of wonder, they set out to immerse themselves in the city's vibrant tapestry of history and culture.

03:00 PM: Visit India Gate and Shopping at Sarojini Market
The journey takes them to the majestic India Gate, where they marvel at this grand war memorial, standing tall and proud. The afternoon unfolds with a visit to Sarojini Market, a bustling hub where students dive into a lively shopping experience. 06:00 PM: Return to Hotel
As twilight descends, the group returns to the hotel, basking in the day's discoveries. The evening is theirs to enjoy the hotel's amenities and relax.

07:30 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by debriefing and briefing about the next day
A delectable buffet dinner is served, rounding off the day's adventures with a variety of flavorful dishes. As the night unfolds, debriefing and a preview of the next day's plans ensure everyone is ready for the next chapter of their journey.

09:30 PM: Lights Off
With hearts full and spirits content, the students retreat to their rooms, ready for a restful night’s sleep in the heart of Delhi.

DAY 02: DELHI

06:00 AM: Wake Up & Fresh-Up
The morning light gently nudges everyone awake. After a refreshing start, the day promises new adventures and discoveries.

07:30 AM: Buffet Breakfast
A delightful buffet breakfast awaits, setting the tone for a day of exploration with a variety of dishes to energize the group.

09:00 AM: Proceed to Visit Lotus Temple
Students board their coach and head towards the serene Lotus Temple. The anticipation builds as they approach this architectural marvel, poised gracefully amid lush gardens.

10:00 AM: Visit Lotus Temple
Students arrive at the Lotus Temple, a breathtaking symbol of unity and peace. As they step into its tranquil embrace, they are captivated by its lotus-shaped design, a masterpiece of modern architecture. DAY 03: DELHI – AGRA

The day begins early as the students prepare for their journey to Agra, their excitement palpable.

A nourishing buffet breakfast fuels the group for the day’s travels, ensuring they are ready for the wonders of Agra.

08:30 AM: Transfer to Agra
The journey to Agra begins, with the coach gliding through the scenic landscapes, each mile bringing them closer to one of the world’s greatest architectural marvels.

12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
Upon arrival in Agra, the group enjoys a delightful buffet lunch, a perfect prelude to the day’s explorations.

08:00 PM: Buffet Dinner followed by debriefing and briefing about the next day
A lavish buffet dinner provides a satisfying end to the day’s adventures. Briefing and debriefing ensure everyone is prepared for the next leg of the journey.

09:30 PM: Overnight Stay @ Agra
The night is spent in Agra, with restful sleep following an unforgettable day of exploration.

DAY 04: AGRA – BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake-Up & Freshen Up
The morning calls for an early start as the group prepares for their return journey.

07:30 AM: Breakfast will be provided
A hearty breakfast sets the stage for a day of travel, offering a final taste of Agra before departure.

10:00 AM: Check-Out & Proceed to New Delhi Airport
With bags packed and memories made, the group checks out and heads towards New Delhi Airport, ready for their flight back.

12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
A final buffet lunch provides a delicious farewell to Delhi, ensuring everyone is well-fed before their flight.

Arrival at New Delhi Airport
The group arrives at New Delhi Airport, where the bustling energy of the airport contrasts with the serenity of their recent explorations. With a sense of bittersweet farewell, students make their way to the departure area, ready to board their flight.

Departure to Bangalore from New Delhi Airport
The journey home begins as the plane takes off, carrying the students back to Bangalore with hearts full of memories and experiences.

Arrival at Bangalore
The flight lands, and the group returns to Bangalore, their adventure concluded but the memories of Delhi and Agra forever cherished.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: , Local Transportation by private AC Coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (veg/non veg), Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, State Taxes, Sightseeing, General Entrance Fees as per the Programme, Stay at hotels on four sharing basis (1 king size bed with 1 extra mattress), Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

The Tour cost does not include: Airfare, Transfer from school to Airport and transfer back from the Airport to the school, Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

If due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next/forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charges over and above the tour cost will be applicable

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
