BANGLORE – KOCHI

 

Departure from school to bangalore international airport

Arrival at kochi airport and transfer to hotel

Buffet lunch followed by check-in, and freshen up

Overnight stay at kochi

Day 2

KOCHI - MINICOY BY SHIP

 

Wake up and fresh up

Buffet breakfast

Proceed to lakshadweep wharf near fci god own, report between 0900 hrs to 1000hrs boarding the ship 0900 to 1000hrs. Departure from kochi by 1500 hrs.

Overnight stay in ship

 

Meal included:  breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 3

MINICOY

 

Morning tea and breakfast from the ship departure ship by0800 hrs. To minicoy arrival at minicoy 0945 hrs. Welcome drink-visit light house-sea bath-kayaking-on payment scuba dive-lunch-visit village-local residential area-evening tea-departure 1600 hrs to ship. Arrival ship 1700 hrs-dinner

Day 4

KAVARATTI

 

Morning tea, breakfast from the ship departure ship by 0800 hrs. To kavaratti. Arrival kavaratti 0845 hrs. Welcome drinks-glass bottomed boat-sea bath-kayaking scuba dive & snorkelling on payment. Lunch-museum-aquarium-evening tea. Departure kavaratti at 1700 hrs to ship arrival ship 1730 hrs. Dinner

Day 5

KALPENI

 

Morning tea and breakfast from the ship departure ship by 0745 hrs. To kalpeni. Arrival kalpeni 0800 hrs. Welcome drinks-snorkeling-sea bath-kayaking-snorkeling. Lunch-folk dance-sightseeing-evening tea. Departure kalpeni at 1730 hrs. Dinner

Day 6

KALPENI – KOCHI – BANGALORE

 

Morning tea and breakfast. Arrival in port, leave ship by 1100 hrs

On arrival at Kochi port and transfer to hotel for lunch

Transfer to airport

Departure to Bangalore as per scheduled flight

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

TEACHERS COMPLIMENTARY: 15:1

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: Local Transportation by private A/c Coach. 5 Breakfast, 6 Lunch and 6 Dinner. Snacks (Morning and Evening light snacks) Guide Charges, Sightseeing,  Stay at hotel (Triple sharing for students ) Teachers will be on double sharing .Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: air fare, Transfer from school to airport and transfer back from the airport to the school,  Any Other sport Activities, Any Expenses of Personal Nature: like still or video camera, porter charges, Laundry expenses, phone calls, extra food, beverages like coffee, tea usage of mini bar in the hotel, Sightseeing or any other activities or expenses which are not mentioned in the package.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 25 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 20 days to 24 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 15 days to 19 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 10 days to 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 9 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked
