DAY 01: BANGALORE – HASSAN

05:00 AM: Departure from School


As dawn breaks, a group of excited students gathers at their school, their eyes sparkling with anticipation. They board a luxurious private AC coach, eager to embark on their magical journey to Chikkamagaluru. The coach, enchanted with comforts and soft music, glides smoothly through the morning mist, creating an aura of wonder.

07:30 AM: Breakfast on the Way


As the sun rises higher, casting golden hues across the landscape, the students enjoy a delicious breakfast. The aroma of freshly prepared food fills the coach, energizing everyone for the adventures ahead.

10:00 AM: Visit Shravanabelagola


The coach arrives at Shravanabelagola, nestled in the Hassan district of Karnataka. The majestic statue of Gommateshvara Bahubali, standing tall as the largest monolithic statue in the world, captivates the students. The unique architectural style and serene ambiance of this revered Jain site leave them in awe. They learn that "Shravanabelagola" means "Monk of the White Pond," a fitting name for this peaceful place.

12:30 PM: Lunch at Hassan followed by check in the hotel

A sumptuous lunch is served at a cozy restaurant in Hassan, where the students enjoy a variety of delicious dishes, preparing them for the afternoon explorations. A delightful meal in Hassan to kick off our stay! Now, time to check in Hotel.

02:00 PM: Visit to Hoysaleshwara Temple


The students then explore the ancient Hoysaleshwara Temple, marveling at its intricate carvings and rich history

02:30 PM: Snacks & Juice


Another refreshment break with snacks and juice ensures the students remain energized.

03:00 PM: Exploring the Divine from Chennakeshava Temple

Step into the enchanting world of Chennakeshava Temple, where every intricate carving tells a story of devotion and artistry. As you wander through this architectural marvel, feel the divine energy that resonates in every corner. The serene ambiance invites reflection, and the stunning sculptures showcase the rich heritage of the Hoysala dynasty

05:30 PM: Return to the Hotel

After a day of exploring, it's time to return to the hotel and unwind in comfort.

07:00 PM: Campfire & Party Games


As the sun sets, a campfire is lit, and the students engage in party games and share stories, creating unforgettable memories (subject to weather conditions).

08:30 PM: Buffet dinner followed by debriefing and briefing for the next day

A delicious buffet dinner is served, offering a variety of dishes to satisfy every palate after enjoying a delightful buffet dinner to recharge our spirits, we’ll gather for a debrief on today’s experiences and prepare for tomorrow’s adventures.

09:30 PM: Stay-over in Hassan, Lights Off


After a day filled with excitement and adventure, the students retire to their rooms, ready for a good night's sleep.

DAY 02: HASSAN - BANGALORE

06:00 AM: Wake Up and Freshen Up


The students wake up early, eager to start another exciting day. They freshen up and prepare for the adventures ahead.

07:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast


A hearty breakfast sets the stage for a day of exploration and discovery..

09:00 AM: Check-out hotel and Proceed to Yagachi Dam


Time to check out and set off to Yagachi Dam! Adventure awaits

10:00 AM: Visit Yagachi Dam

Exploring the beauty of Yagachi Dam Nature’s masterpiece, making memories at Yagachi Dam. The beauty here is simply enchanting.

11:00 AM: Enjoy adventure water sports {At your own expenses}

Adventure waits on the water enjoying an exhilarating day of water sports rides and more. It’s all at our own expense, but the thrill is worth every penny! Who’s ready to make a splash?

01:30 PM: Buffet Lunch


A delicious buffet lunch is served at a nearby hotel or restaurant, re-energizing the students for the afternoon activities.

02:30 PM: Departure to Bangalore

The coach departs for Bangalore, with the students reflecting on their unforgettable journey.

06:30 PM: Arrival at School


The students arrive back at school, their hearts and minds filled with memories of an incredible adventure, ready to share their stories with friends and family.

THE GIVEN RATE FOR THE LAND PACKAGE IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR NEXT 20 DAYS.

 

To ensure a secure and informative experience for parents, we are offering the "Track My Tour" facility, which allows you to view photos, videos, and live bus tracking of your children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

The Tour Cost Includes: Transportation Non-AC, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, General Entrance Fees as per the Program, Stay at hotels on Four sharing basis, Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.

 

The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Boating, Adventure Sports, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.

2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.

1) 40 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

2) 30 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

3) 25 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

4) 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable

5) 13 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable

*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked

 

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
