EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAM

This 4-day trip to Singapore is designed to offer students a mix of educational and thrilling experiences. The adventure begins with a Night Safari, where students will explore the world's first nocturnal wildlife park, offering a unique experience in a lush tropical jungle. On Day 2, students embark on a Half-Day City Tour, visiting iconic locations such as Orchard Road, Chinatown, Merlion Park, and Marina Bay. The afternoon takes them to Sentosa Island, where they’ll enjoy a cable car ride and the mesmerizing Wings of Time show. Day 3 is filled with excitement at Universal Studios Singapore, featuring movie-themed rides like Shrek, Revenge of the Mummy, and more. The final day allows students free time for shopping before heading to the airport.

• Optional enhancements like room or flight upgrades, or local camera or video fees
• Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
• Early check-in or late check-out from hotels (unless otherwise specified)
• Breakfast, lunches, dinners and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), unless specified in the itinerary
• Any international and/or domestic flights, unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion
• Tips for services and experiences
• Any Visa required, unless mentioned as an inclusion
• Read useful information and terms for more on what is included and excluded
• Any expenses of personal nature like still camera or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel

• Tax collected at source (TCS) applicable at 5% on tour price if PAN & Aadhar is provided else it will be 10% of tour price

• As The Availability And Pricing Keeps On Changing For Flights  Dynamically We Request Your Good Self To Make Sure To Collect The 25% Of The Airfare Within 24 Hours As Soon As A Trip Is Confirmed From The Students Which Is Non-Refundable And Handover The Same Amount To Crazy Holidays Marketing Executive So That We Can Go Ahead With The Booking Of Flight On Immediate Hours
•  Passport Validity Have Minimum 6-Month Passport Validity If You Are Not A Singapore Passport Holder.
• Typical check-in time for hotel is 2 pm and check-out at 12 pm.
• The above package is for a group of minimum 35 students for lesser number of students there will be a variation in the given cost. For more no. of students, please check with us the possibility of taking additional coach         
• Validity of the quote will be only for 20 days from the date to receiving the quotation
• The given rates will not be valid during major holidays like (17 June'25 to 22 June'25 - S'pore International Water Week.

General

1. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
2. Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
3. We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
4. Any one above the age of 12 years has to be doubly vaccinated using WHO approved vaccines to enter Singapore. If you have a child who is above 12 years at the time of travel, please ensure they are double vaccinated, or else they will be required to quarantine for 7 days upon arrival in Singapore.
5. For fully vaccinated travelers, you need to complete your SG Arrival Card (SGAC) up to 3 days before arrival. Upon the completion of your SGAC submission, you will receive an email acknowledgement which you can present for smoother pre-boarding and immigration checks.
6. Any changes communicated directly to the driver will not be honored. All requests for changes must be made through support channel during the trip.
7. Please note that drivers will not contact guests directly through mobile phone or room numbers due to potential language barriers. All coordination will be handled through support chancel. Guests are kindly asked to be punctual at the hotel lobby for pick-up to prevent any delays or the need for alternative transportation, which would be at their own expense.

Hotel

• Standard check-in time in Singapore is 2 pm and some hotel may have check-in time of 3 pm as well. You may need to wait if you reach early as early check-in is not guaranteed.
• Room sizes in 3 Star and some 4 Star Hotels in Singapore are small Boss Hotel (150 sqft), V Hotel Lavender (150 sq ft), J8 Hotel (150 sq ft), Ibis Novena (190 sq ft), Parc Sovereign Tyrwhitt (200 sq ft) and Aqueen Lavender (130 sq ft). Upgrade to good 4 star hotels to get larger rooms.

Tours and Transfers

1. Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
2. Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
3. The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on our support channel.
4. Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
5. For pickup and drop to residential area, pickup can only be done in private vehicle and there will be extra surcharge applicable payable directly at the time of pickup.
6. You will need to be ready on time mentioned in the itinerary when the pickup of tour starts. Drivers may not wait if there is any delay.
7. There are no guides provided during sightseeing tours. You will be only dropped and picked up and you will need to explore attractions on your own.
8. All tours and transfers are on SIC (Seat in Coach basis) unless converted to Private. Tours may include multiple pickup points (4-5 hotels) for other passengers.
9. Once the trip has started, the schedules for drivers and sightseeing activities are already set and cannot be changed. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments if possible. However, please understand that if we are unable to make any changes, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
10. Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travelers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
11. If the stay is outside city area or at a residential area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
