EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAMME

This 5-day trip offers an exciting mix of adventure, culture, and relaxation, starting with a visit to the Sri Racha Tiger Zoo, home to over 200 Bengal tigers, followed by the spectacular Alcazar Cabaret Show. Explore the serene Coral Island with its beautiful beaches and water activities, then visit Art in Paradise, a unique museum featuring 3D interactive artwork. Discover the wonders of Safari World and Marine Park in Bangkok, where you can witness wildlife up close and enjoy engaging animal shows. In Bangkok, marvel at the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha Temple, two of Thailand’s most iconic landmarks, before experiencing a dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River, offering breathtaking views of the city’s skyline. The trip concludes with some free time for shopping at popular malls before departing back to Bangalore.

• Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
• Additional sightseeing, activities and experiences outside of the itinerary
• Early check-in or late check-out from hotels (unless otherwise specified)
• Breakfast, lunches, dinners and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), unless specified in the itinerary
• Any international and/or domestic flights, unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion
• Excess baggage charges, and where applicable, baggage not included in your fare
• Tips for services and experiences
• Any Visa required, unless mentioned as an inclusion
• Read useful information and terms for more on what is included and excluded
• Any expenses of personal nature like still camera or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel
• Govt Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned
• Tax collected at source (TCS) applicable at 5% on tour price if PAN & Aadhar is provided else it will be 10% of tour price

Important Notes

• Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Tours and Transfers

• The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decides to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.

General

• Any changes communicated directly to the driver will not be honored. All requests for changes must be made through support channel during the trip.
• Please note that drivers will not contact guests directly through mobile phone or room numbers due to potential language barriers. All coordination will be handled through support channel. Guests are kindly asked to be punctual at the hotel lobby for pick-up to prevent any delays or the need for alternative transportation, which would be at their own expense.
• Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
• If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
• Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
• Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
• Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
• The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on support channel
• Once the trip has started, the schedules for drivers and sightseeing activities are already set and cannot be changed. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments if possible. However, please understand that if we are unable to make any changes, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
• There is only a Motorway available where one can stop for 30 minutes. This stop is chargeable at 300 THB per stop. In case this is required, the request needs to be made 24 hours prior to travel, and will be paid directly to the driver.

Visa

• For Visa on Arrival, you need to make sure you carry one passport size photograph (4 x 6 cm) in size.
• Passport Validity has to be 6 months at the time of travel
• Valid Air Ticket and Proof of accommodation
• It is necessary to carry at least 10,000 THB per person or 20,000 THB per family. You may be asked to show this amount in cash/forex card during immigration or while getting visa on arrival. Amount in credit card or bank are not accepted.
• Visa Application Fee @ THB 2,000 per person (Free till April 2020). If you go for express visa, you may be charged THB 200 per person extra.
