EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAM

This 4-day trip begins with a flight from Bangalore to Male, where you’ll check into your hotel and enjoy a leisurely afternoon. The following days offer a relaxed schedule with breakfast, optional water activities (at extra cost), and free time to unwind or explore. Each evening includes dinner and a briefing for the next day. On the final day, you’ll have free time for shopping before heading to the airport for your return flight to Bangalore. This itinerary offers a blend of leisure, optional water activities, and time for personal exploration, ensuring a relaxing getaway.

• Passport fees, immunization costs, city taxes at the hotel and local departure taxes (wherever applicable)
• Optional enhancements like room or flight upgrades, or local camera or video fees
• Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
• Early check-in or late check-out from hotels (unless otherwise specified)
• Breakfast, lunches, dinners and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), unless specified in the itinerary
• Any international and/or domestic flights, unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion
• Tips for services and experiences
• Any Visa required, unless mentioned as an inclusion

• Any expenses of personal nature like still camera or video camera, porter charges, laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel

• Tax collected at source (TCS) applicable at 5% on tour price if PAN & Aadhar is provided else it will be 10% of tour price

• As The Availability And Pricing Keeps On Changing For Flights  Dynamically We Request Your Good Self To Make Sure To Collect The 25% Of The Airfare Within 24 Hours As Soon As A Trip Is Confirmed From The Students Which Is Non-Refundable And Handover The Same Amount To Crazy Holidays Marketing Executive So That We Can Go Ahead With The Booking Of Flight On Immediate Hours
•  Passport Validity Have Minimum 6-Month Passport Validity If You Are Not A Singapore Passport Holder.
• Typical check-in time for hotel is 2 pm and check-out at 12 pm.
• The above package is for a group of minimum 35 students for lesser number of students there will be a variation in the given cost. For more no. of students, please check with us the possibility of taking additional coach         
• Validity of the quote will be only for 20 days from the date to receiving the quotation
• The given rates will not be valid during major holidays like (17 June'25 to 22 June'25 - S'pore International Water Week.

General

1. All arriving and departing passengers via airports and seaports are required to complete the Traveler Declaration form within 72 hours to the flight time at https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/. PCR result is not mandatory from any passenger during arrival and departure. This applies to unvaccinated travelers as well.
2. If your stay is inclusive of lunch at the resort and you are arriving by speedboat or seaplane directly from airport, then there are chances to miss the lunch on the arriving day.

Hotel

1. Green tax of US$ 12 per person per night, regardless of age, has to be paid directly at the resort or hotel (unless specified otherwise in inclusions).
2. For a resort which requires speedboat or seaplane transfer, please note that the transfer (if included) will be arranged according to your international flight timings and will be combined with other guests. This can sometime mean that you may have to wait little longer for your transfers while arriving or reach the airport early while departing. If your flight arrives after 3 pm, it is recommended to book overnight accommodation in Male before continuing to the resort the next morning.
3. For your departure, seaplane transfer can be arranged for international flights that depart from the Maldives from 09:15 hrs onwards. The last flight departures from the resorts are usually between 2 pm and 4 pm.
