The journey itself becomes an opportunity to observe changing landscapes, ecosystems, and rural life beyond textbooks.

A refreshing breakfast stop amidst the peaceful countryside offers students a relaxed beginning to their experiential learning journey into Tamil Nadu’s hill country.

A short rejuvenating halt before ascending into the cool mountain climate of Yercaud.

12:00 PM – Arrival in Yercaud | Check-in at Premium Hill Resort & Buffet Lunch

Located amidst natural greenery, Deer Park introduces students to the importance of habitat preservation, ethical tourism, and wildlife protection within hill ecosystems.

08:00 PM – Traditional Tamil Nadu Dinner Experience

Students will experience an authentic Tamil Nadu-style traditional dinner inspired by the culinary heritage of the Salem–Yercaud region. Prepared using regional spices, locally sourced ingredients, and traditional recipes, the meal introduces students to the relationship between geography, agriculture, climate, and cultural identity.

This immersive dining experience transforms food into a cultural learning journey while celebrating the traditions and hospitality of South India.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY: 

Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
