This 4-day coastal expedition through Mangalore, Udupi, Murudeshwar, Gokarna and Karwar immerses students in wildlife, temple heritage, marine ecosystems and island exploration. LEARNING THEME: A vibrant journey along Karnataka’s western coastline where students explore ancient temples, towering monuments, marine ecosystems, beaches, and island landscapes—discovering how geography, culture, science and sustainability are beautifully interconnected.
DAY 1 – BANGALORE TO MANGALORE
09:00 PM – DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL, BANGALORE
Every meaningful journey begins with wonder. As students travel overnight towards the Arabian Sea, they embark on an expedition to discover coastal ecosystems, timeless traditions and the stories of life along India’s western shore.

DAY 2 – MANGALORE, UDUPI AND MARITIME DISCOVERY
06:30 AM – ARRIVAL AT MANGALORE
Known as Karnataka’s coastal gateway, Mangalore introduces students to the dynamic relationship between trade, culture and the sea.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:
Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
