09:00 AM: Departure from School
The students, buzzing with excitement, board the enchanted bus. As they settle in, they are greeted by friendly pixies who hand out magical charms that glow softly, setting the tone for the day ahead.

10:15 AM: Arrival @ Fun World & Welcome Drinks
Upon arrival, the students are greeted with sparkling welcome drinks that change colours with every sip. The entrance to Fun World is adorned with grand, magical gates that open to reveal a world of wonders.

10:30 AM: Dry Rides & Water Rides (Fun World & Water World)

The students embark on a magical adventure, exploring an array of dry rides that make them feel like they are flying on dragons or racing through enchanted forests. At Water World, they splash around in mystical pools and glide down thrilling slides that seem to defy gravity, surrounded by shimmering waterfalls and playful water sprites.

12:30 PM: Lunch
The students gather for a magical lunch, where enchanted dishes delight their taste buds. From fairy-tale sandwiches to dragon fruit punch, the meal is as delightful as it is delicious.

01:30 PM: Enjoy snow world activities

02:30 PM: Exploring Aquarium Activities: Students begin an immersive journey through the aquarium, discovering the fascinating world beneath the water.

03:30 PM: Evening Snacks
As the day winds down, the students enjoy enchanted snacks that sparkle and glow, keeping their energy high and spirits lifted.

04:00 PM: Departure from Fun World
The enchanted bus takes the students back to school. They wave goodbye to Fun World, filled with stories and memories of their magical day.

05:00 PM: Arrival at School
The students arrive back at school, eager to share their enchanting experiences with their parents. Their faces are lit up with joy and excitement, making it clear that this magical journey was an unforgettable adventure.

FOR VISITING FUN WORLD, WE ARE REQUEST YOU TO GIVE A LETTER FROM SCHOOL KINDLY COLLECT THE FORMAT FROM OPERATION EXECUTIVE.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance.

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Use of Water Amusement Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.
THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDES: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
