09:00 AM: Departure from School
The students, buzzing with excitement, board the enchanted bus. As they settle in, they are greeted by friendly pixies who hand out magical charms that glow softly, setting the tone for the day ahead.

10:30 AM: Arrival @ Fantasy Park & Entry Formalities
Upon arrival, students are welcomed and entry tickets are distributed. Basic safety instructions and group briefing are provided before entering the park.

11:00 AM: Enjoying Rides – Dry Rides
The students begin exploring the park and enjoy unlimited access to a wide range of thrilling rides.

Dry Rides:
Free Fall, Pirate Ship, Energy Storm, Bouncing Machine, Flying Chair, Striking Car, Haunted House, Paratrooper, Dragon Coaster, Tora Tora, Scooter Ride, Baby Train, Jumping Horse, Caterpillar Ride, Mirror Maze, 16D Theatre, Gyroscope, Infinity Room, Mini Tele Combat

12:30 PM: Lunch
Students break for lunch (as per package inclusion / arranged separately).

01:30 PM: Continue Playing (Water Rides)
After lunch, the excitement shifts to water rides, where students can splash and play in refreshing pools and exhilarating water slides, creating unforgettable memories.

Water Pool, Aqua Loop, Kids Boat Race, Adult Pool, Rain Dance, Jungle Ride, Fanta Tub, Super Splash, Glacier Slide, Tunnel Slide, Boomerang, Hara Kiri, Water Merry-Go-Round, Child Pool, Family Splash Slide, Zip Zap Zoop, Mat Slide, Children Splash, Mountain Slide

04:00 PM: Evening Snacks
As the day winds down, the students enjoy enchanted snacks that sparkle and glow, keeping their energy high and spirits lifted.

04:30 PM: Assembly & Departure from Fantasy Park
Students regroup, freshen up, and prepare for departure.

05:30 PM: Arrival at School
The students arrive back at school, eager to share their enchanting experiences with their parents. Their faces are lit up with joy and excitement, making it clear that this magical journey was an unforgettable adventure.

FOR VISITING FUN WORLD, WE ARE REQUEST YOU TO GIVE A LETTER FROM SCHOOL KINDLY COLLECT THE FORMAT FROM OPERATION EXECUTIVE.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

If you do not wish to utilize this facility, kindly inform us via email neha@crazyholidays.in 

NB: In the event of not receiving any instruction to RESTRICT by email.....will be considered as an APPROVAL on behalf of the school.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDES: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
