INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM: This one-day experiential learning tour is designed to blend cultural immersion, team-building, and recreational engagement. Set in a serene resort environment combined with an enriching visit to an indigenous community, the program offers students a balance of learning, reflection, and fun.

OBJECTIVE: To provide students with hands-on exposure to cultural diversity, enhance teamwork and life skills, and encourage critical thinking through structured activities and real-world experiences beyond the classroom.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: Students will begin their day at Park Resort with orientation and engaging activities, followed by a cultural visit to the Hakki Pikki tribal community. The experience includes guided interactions with tribal elders, exposure to indigenous lifestyles, and reflection-based learning. The day concludes with relaxation, reflection, and recreational activities at the resort.

07:00 AM – Departure from School: Students assemble at school and board the bus, beginning their journey with excitement and enthusiasm.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Park Resort & Buffet Breakfast: Students arrive at the resort and enjoy a delicious breakfast to energize for the day ahead.

09:30 AM – Orientation Session: Introduction to the day’s program, safety guidelines, and an overview of activities to set expectations and build enthusiasm.

10:00 AM – Departure to Hakki Pikki: Students depart for a cultural exploration of the Hakki Pikki tribal community.

10:30 AM – Arrival at Hakki Pikki & Irula Community – Indigenous Living Experience:
Led by Tribal Elders and Cultural Facilitators:

  • Welcome Ceremony with traditional greetings
  • Orientation to tribal lifestyles, heritage, and sustainable practices

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance, Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDES: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”..

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
