The day continues with thrilling rope activities, team-building challenges, swimming, rain dance, and fun indoor & outdoor games at a scenic resort. DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

07:00 AM - Departure from School
As the sun rises, students gather at the school, eager for the day’s adventure. They board a comfortable coach, filled with anticipation as they embark on a journey to a scenic mountain resort.

08:30 AM - Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast
Upon reaching the resort, students are greeted with the aroma of a lavish buffet breakfast. They dine amidst nature’s beauty, energizing themselves for the day ahead.

09:30 AM – Departure to KSSRDI: Students proceed to the Karnataka State Sericulture Research & Development Institute for an educational exposure to the science and technology behind silk production and sericulture research.

10:00 AM – Guided Visit at KSSRDI: Students will explore various sections of the institute and gain firsthand exposure to the fascinating journey of silk production.

  • Introduction to the history and importance of sericulture in Karnataka.
  • Observation of silkworm life cycle stages from egg to cocoon.
  • Understanding mulberry cultivation techniques and their role in silkworm rearing.
  • Understanding the process of silk extraction and reeling. (Subject to availability and Permission)

12:00 PM - Return to Resort

12:30 PM – Arrival at Resort followed by Buffet Lunch: Students enjoy a wholesome lunch and relax before beginning the recreational and team-building sessions.

01:30 PM – Group Activities Begin

Group 1 – Team Building: “Compete & Collaborate” Theme: Each activity includes 5 minutes of Reflection & Critical Thinking, encouraging students to discuss:

What are the skills learned from each of these activities and how this can be applied to real-life situations?

01:30 PM – Group 2 Resort Recreational Activities

Groups rotate to experience diverse activities, ensuring everyone participates in all aspects of the program.

Light refreshments are served, offering a brief pause before departure.

04:00 PM - Departure to School
Filled with laughter and shared experiences, students depart the resort, reminiscing about an enriching day.

05:45 PM - Arrival at School
Returning to school, students share stories of their adventures, their hearts full of newfound friendships and cherished moments.

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

NB: Karnataka State Sericulture Research and Development Institute permission is subject to availability and approval from the concerned authorities. Kindly verify the availability and obtain final confirmation at the time of Programme confirmation.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Badminton Rackets, Football, Bat and Other Playing Equipments Etc. 

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Entry ticket, Use of Resort Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  

BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.

EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
