DAY 1: JOURNEY FROM BANGALORE TO DANDELI
465 km | Approx. 9 hours
10:30 PM – Students gather at the school campus; attendance and coordination begin as the excitement builds for the adventure ahead.
10:45 PM – Pre-departure briefing by the tour team, setting expectations and sharing safety instructions.
11:00 PM – Departure from Bangalore in a private, fully air-conditioned coach. Settle in for a comfortable overnight journey towards Dandeli’s lush wilderness.
DAY 2: ARRIVAL IN DANDELI AND ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES
08:00 AM – Arrival in Dandeli, surrounded by serene landscapes and fresh morning air.
08:30 AM – Check-in at the hotel/resort (early check-in subject to availability).
09:00 AM – A wholesome breakfast followed by freshening up.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Begin the day with an action-packed adventure session crafted to encourage teamwork, confidence, and outdoor skills:
12:30 PM – 01:30 PM: Buffet lunch at the resort followed by room check-in and time to settle in.
03:00 PM – 05:30 PM: Nature Walk and birdwatching through Dandeli’s forest trails. Wander through rich biodiversity as you spot bird species, explore unique plants, and observe natural rock formations.
06:30 PM – 07:30 PM: Campfire and music session to relax and bond with peers in a warm, lively setting.
08:00 PM – 09:00 PM: Buffet dinner featuring a delightful spread.
09:00 PM – 09:30 PM: End the day with a short debriefing and next-day briefing, followed by a peaceful overnight stay in Dandeli.
DAY 3: SIGHTSEEING, ADVENTURE & RETURN
06:00 AM – Wake-up call to begin the day early with crisp mountain air.
07:00 AM – Breakfast at the resort.
08:30 AM – Check-out with luggage and departure for sightseeing.
09:00 AM – 10:30 AM: River rafting on the Kali River (subject to water levels and permissions). Experience thrilling rapids surrounded by scenic jungle landscapes.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Visit to Moulangi Eco Park, known for its lush greenery, bamboo groves, rock formations, and serene ambience.
01:00 PM – 02:00 PM: Lunch break.
02:30 PM – 03:30 PM: Visit to the Supa Dam viewpoint, offering breathtaking views of the backwaters and surrounding valleys.
03:30 PM – Departure from Dandeli for the return journey to Bangalore.
08:30 PM – Piza with Coke

The Tour Cost Includes: Transportation by AC coach, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Morning and Evening light snacks, Guide Charges, , General Entrance Fees as per the Program, Stay at hotels on triple sharing basis, Experienced tour manager from Crazy Holidays throughout the trip.
The Tour cost does not include: Any Expenses of Personal Nature (like still camera or video camera, porter charges, Boating, Adventure Sports, Laundry expenses, phone calls, food/beverages not included in the package, usages of mini bar in the hotel), Sightseeing or Activities which are not mentioned in the package.
IMPORTANT NOTE
1. As this is NOT THE FINAL ITINERARY at the time of confirmation, kindly ask the marketing executive to check the availability of all the services as specified in this itinerary i.e., (TRAIN/FLIGHT/COACHES/HOTELS/ENTRY TO MONUMENTS, FARMS, RESORTS ETC) based on the period of travel and to submit the FINAL ITINERARY.
2. As the availability and pricing keeps on changing for flights/train dynamically we request your good self to make sure to collect the full amount of train fare and 25% of the airfare within 24 hours as soon as a trip is confirmed from the students which is nonrefundable and handover the same amount to Crazy Holidays marketing executive so that we can go ahead with the booking of flight/train on immediate hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.
1) 40 days or more prior to departure date: 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
2) 30 days prior to departure date: 40% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
3) 25 days prior to departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
4) 14 days prior to departure date: 75% of the tour cost will be non-refundable
5) 13 days or lesser prior to departure date: 100% of tour cost will be non-refundable
*In case of flight journey, Air ticket amount will be non-refundable (100% cancellation charges) once the tickets booked
CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:
Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 02:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
