INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM

This program is designed to spark curiosity and engagement among students by exposing them to real-world applications of aviation, aerospace science, engineering, technology, and innovation. Students will explore aircraft systems, aerodynamics, flight operations, aviation technology, and STEM-based learning through immersive experiences and guided exploration. The visit combines education with experiential learning, helping students understand the science behind aviation and inspiring future interest in aerospace and engineering careers.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

A one-day curated educational STEM immersion program in Bengaluru featuring aviation-based experiential learning activities, aerospace exploration, and guided exposure to aircraft technology, flight operations, engineering concepts, and innovation-driven learning experiences.

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY

07:00 AM – Departure from School

08:00 AM – Breakfast Enroute
We’ll stop for a refreshing breakfast Enroute, offering local flavors and a hearty meal to energize students for the day ahead.

09:30 AM – STEM Immersion in Aviation Experience

Learning Focus:
Aerodynamics, aviation technology, aerospace engineering, flight science, and innovation.

Activity:
Students will explore aircraft models, understand the principles of flight, observe aviation systems, learn about cockpit operations, aerodynamics, navigation, and aerospace technology through interactive sessions and guided demonstrations.

What to Carry:
Notebooks, pens/pencils, water bottle, cap.

12:30 PM – Lunch Break
Students will enjoy a hygienic and nutritious lunch in a comfortable setting.

01:30 PM – Interactive STEM & Team Activities

Learning Focus:
Problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, observation, and communication.

Activity:
Students will participate in aviation-themed quizzes, STEM challenges, teamwork exercises, and interactive discussions related to flight science, innovation, and aerospace exploration.

What to Carry:
Notebooks, pens/pencils.

03:00 PM – Reflection & Learning Session

Learning Focus:
Critical thinking, reflection, and experiential learning.

Activity:
Students will engage in group reflections, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions about careers in aviation, engineering, and aerospace science.

03:30 PM – Depart Back to School

05:00 PM – Arrival at School
Return with joyful memories, enhanced awareness, and valuable STEM learning experiences.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of their children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
