08:00 AM - DEPARTURE FROM SCHOOL
The journey begins with excitement and enthusiasm as students depart from school for a day filled with experiential learning, engineering exposure, entertainment, and adventure at WONDERLA.

09:00 AM - ARRIVAL AT WONDERLA 
Students arrive at WONDERLA and are welcomed into one of India’s leading amusement and experiential learning destinations known for its advanced ride systems, operational excellence, safety standards, and engineering innovation.

09:30 AM – WONDERLAB EXPERIENCE PROGRAM & INDUSTRIAL LEARNING SESSION
Students participate in a specially designed educational and industrial exposure session conducted inside WONDERLA. The session bridges classroom concepts with real-world applications through observation-based learning.Ride safety & maintenance systems

11:30 AM – EXPLORING DRY RIDES & ATTRACTIONS
Students begin exploring WONDERLA’s exciting dry rides and attractions while observing practical applications of motion, acceleration, balancing systems, and engineering concepts in real time.

01:00 PM – LUNCH BREAK
Students enjoy a delicious and refreshing lunch break, giving them time to relax, recharge, and prepare for the next round of activities.

02:00 PM - WATER RIDES & SPLASH ACTIVITIES

The excitement continues as students head toward WONDERLA’s famous water attractions. From wave pools and water slides to splash zones and interactive water rides, students enjoy fun-filled moments with their friends while experiencing large-scale water management systems and ride operations.

03:30 PM – EVENING SNACKS
A delightful snack break awaits students, adding another enjoyable moment to their WONDERLA experience while allowing them to relax and refresh.

04:00 PM – LEISURE TIME & FINAL RIDES
Students may continue exploring selected attractions, enjoy leisure activities, take group photographs, and make the most of their remaining time at the park.

05:00 PM - DEPARTURE FROM WONDERLA
With cherished memories, laughter, and new learning experiences, students assemble for departure and begin their return journey to school.

07:00 PM - ARRIVAL AT SCHOOL
Students arrive back at school after a memorable day that combined education, entertainment, teamwork, and adventure.

Pros:

  • Offers a wide range of engaging and thrilling activities suitable for students of grads 5 -12

Cons:

  • Limited exclusivity, as multiple schools and large crowds are typically present, especially on weekends and Fridays.
  • Ensuring direct supervision of students may become challenging for teachers, as students can easily get dispersed within the crowd.

NB: A Permission letter on School Letter head and ID card should be carried along with students.

KINDLY SUBMIT THE FINAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS REGISTERED DETAILS LATEST BY 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE DATE.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Students are advised to carry their own swimming costume (compulsory for the use of swimming Pool-Synthetic/ Nylon), Extra Pair of Clothes for Rain Dance.

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

We request you to exclude Thursdays, Fridays & previous day of any Government Holidays, since resorts/ water and amusement parks will be over crowded and we will not be in a position to guarantee any exclusivity during those days. 

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Lunch, Snacks, Use of Water Amusement Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers.
THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDES: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate 

TRANSPORT:
For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate. 

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”.  
BREAKAGES:
For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
EXCLUSIVITY
The above resorts are not guaranteeing any kind of “EXCLUSIVITY” unless and until there is a minimum guarantee of 800 members for the day picnic and the exclusivity had been confirmed by the resort.
