DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

07:00 AM – Departure from School: Students assemble at school. Introduction by school staff and tour coordinator.

08:30 AM – Arrival at Resort & Buffet Breakfast: A hearty breakfast prepares students for an energetic day ahead.

09:15 AM – Departure to Dr. H. N. Science Centre: Students proceed to the science centre for an engaging educational experience focused on scientific curiosity, innovation, and interactive learning.

09:45 AM – Visit to Dr. H. N. Science Centre: Students explore interactive exhibits, scientific demonstrations, and hands-on learning modules designed to spark curiosity and encourage analytical thinking.

11:30 AM – Departure Back to Resort: Students proceed back to the resort after completing the science centre visit.

12:15 PM – Arrival at Resort followed by Buffet Lunch: A delicious buffet lunch provides time for relaxation and refreshment before the afternoon activities begin.

01:30 PM – Group Activities Begin

Group 1 – Team Building: “Compete & Collaborate” Theme: Each activity includes 5 minutes of Reflection & Critical Thinking, encouraging students to discuss:

1. What are the skills learned from each of these activities and how this can be applied to real-life situations?

TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITIES WITH LEARNING OUTCOMES

ACTIVITY 1: Creative Expression & Leadership
Students explore creativity, innovation, and presentation skills while learning to delegate roles and work towards a common vision.

ACTIVITY 2: Negotiation & Strategic Thinking
Enhances persuasion, diplomacy, and decision-making as teams collaborate, trade, and strategize to achieve their goal.

ACTIVITY 3: Precision & Coordination
Fosters focus, clear communication, and synchronized teamwork to complete tasks without errors under pressure.

ACTIVITY 4: Collaboration in Motion
Encourages trust, balance, and non-verbal coordination, teaching students the importance of moving as one unit.

ACTIVITY 5: Collective Responsibility & Balance

Builds alertness, reflexes, and strategy, along with respect for rules and fair competition.

Group 2 – Recreational Activities, Rotational access to:

• Swimming Pool
• Rain Dance
• Indoor games and Outdoor games (Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey, Cricket, Beach Volleyball, Football)

02:30 AM – Group Shuffle: All students rotate to experience both learning and fun-based modules.

03:30 PM – Evening Snacks: Light refreshments for a perfect wind-down.

04:00 PM – Departure to School: Students board the bus with experiences to share and new skills to apply.

05:45 PM – Arrival at School: Back at school, filled with experiences to share and lessons to apply.

LEARNING TAKEAWAY: Students return with:

• Improved interpersonal and leadership skills
• A greater appreciation for teamwork and collaboration
• Enhanced self-confidence and creativity
• Experience in problem-solving under real-life constraints

SAFETY & SUPPORT: First-aid certified staff and lifeguards on-site, Activity facilitators with experience in child development, Hygienic food & clean water throughout the program, Staff-student ratio maintained for supervision, Contactable emergency support and live location tracking

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

NB: PARTICIPATION IN ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE RESORT'S HEIGHT AND WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR SAFETY REASONS.

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
