Set amidst Karnataka’s rich heritage and scenic landscapes, students will journey through ancient temple architecture, mystical sand-buried ruins, and a refreshing riverside resort experience at Kaveri Jaladamba Resort.

OBJECTIVE: To provide students with an engaging experiential learning opportunity beyond classroom walls by exploring heritage, nature, and teamwork through guided visits, interactive reflections, and recreational learning activities.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: Students will explore the magnificent Chennakeshava Temple at Somanathapura, known for its intricate Hoysala architecture and sculptural beauty. The journey continues to Talakadu, famous for its sand-buried temples, legends, and the serene River Kaveri.

The experience concludes at Kaveri Jaladamba Resort, where students can relax amidst nature, enjoy team-building activities, and participate in interactive reflections and collaborative learning sessions, making the tour both educational and memorable.

05:30 AM – Departure from School: Students gather in the early morning, full of energy and excitement, and board the private coach to begin the journey.

07:00 AM – Breakfast En Route: A wholesome breakfast is served on the way, allowing students to refresh and energize for the day ahead.

09:00 AM – Visit to Chennakeshava Temple, Somanathapura

Students explore the architectural brilliance of the Hoysala dynasty through the beautifully carved Chennakeshava Temple. Guided observations and discussions help students understand temple art, symmetry, sculptures, and historical significance.

10:15 AM – Snacks and Juice: A quick refreshment break with light snacks and juice, helping students recharge and stay energized for the next set of activities.

10:30 AM – Departure to Talakadu: Students continue their journey with discussions on temple art and stories of Karnataka's dynasties.

11:15 PM – Explore Kaveri River at Talakadu: Time to unwind by the serene riverside – an opportunity to connect with nature and enjoy water-side reflections.

12:30 PM – Packed Lunch: Nutritious packed meals are provided, enjoyed amidst nature and shared with peers.

01:30 PM – Visit Temples Buried Under the Sand

02:15 PM – Departure to Kaveri Jaladamba Resort: The group travels to Kaveri Jaladamba Resort for an evening of recreation, relaxation, and team engagement activities.

02:30 PM – Arrival at Kaveri Jaladamba Resort: Students are welcomed into the riverside resort environment and introduced to the facilities and safety guidelines.

02:45 PM – Enjoying Recreational Activities: Students unwind and enjoy a variety of exciting recreational experiences at the resort.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
