A fun-filled experiential learning excursion where students explore engineering, creativity, and discovery through hands-on activities such as excavation, RC construction vehicles, DIY projects, tractor rides, interactive sensory zones, and archaeological investigations. The programme promotes curiosity, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving while transforming learning into an engaging real-world experience.

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

08:30 AM - Departure from School: As the first rays of morning light paint the sky, students gather eagerly at school, ready for a day of excitement and growth.

09:00 AM – Packed Breakfast En Route: Students enjoy a hygienically packed breakfast during the journey, ensuring they stay energized and refreshed while making the most of travel time.

10:00 AM – Arrival at Le- Play and Activities Begin

  • Excavation: Eight electrical excavators ready to be tamed.
  • RC JCB: Remote controlled toys including JCB, Forklift and trucks ready to be put to work on a miniature construction site.
  • DIY Area: Battery powered electric circuit board, Miniature house making & Art & Craft.
  • Outdoor Tractor: Enjoy riding tractor on our well-crafted outdoor area.
  • Dark Room: Interactive sand table & animal wall which fosters creativity and curiosity.
  • Archaeological site: Wear the archaeologists cap to detect the age-old coin hidden under sand using metal detectors.

01:00 PM – Departure to School: With hearts full of cherished memories and newfound skills, students bid farewell to the venue, their spirits soaring from a day well-spent.

01:30 PM – Packed Lunch En Route: Students enjoy a nutritious packed lunch during the journey, ensuring comfort, convenience, and uninterrupted travel while staying energized.

03:00 PM - Arrival at School
Returning to school, students share stories of adventure and camaraderie, eager to apply their learnings in everyday life.

This hands-on learning experience fosters curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through interactive activities such as excavation, RC construction vehicles, DIY projects, and archaeological exploration. Students develop teamwork, observation, critical thinking, fine motor skills, and confidence while gaining practical exposure to engineering, construction, and basic scientific concepts through experiential learning.

SAFETY & SUPPORT: Trained facilitators and activity coordinators throughout the program, Safe and child-friendly learning environment, Age-appropriate equipment with supervised activity zones, First-aid support on site, Hygienic snacks and drinking water, Dedicated tour managers and teachers for close supervision, Emergency support available throughout the excursion.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

COMPLIMENTARY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 20:01

MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE VENUE = 70 STUDENTS

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 3 working days before the departure date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer “Track My Tour” facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.

NB: In the event of not receiving any instruction to RESTRICT by email…. will be considered as an APPROVAL on behalf of the school.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Any cancellation /postponement to be informed minimum 7 days in advance. For any cancellation / postponement charges will be applicable as per resort/transport Company policies.

THE TOUR COST INCLUDES: The above package is inclusive of Transport (49 Seater Non-AC Coach), Breakfast, Lunch, Use of Venue Facilities and Service of Our Tour Managers. 

THE TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE: The above package doesn`t include Complimentary Rooms, Sightseeing or Activities and Other Facilities not mentioned in “INCLUSIONS”...

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Extra staff will be charged @ Adult’s Rate

TRANSPORT:

For a group of every 47 students & 2 STAFF one 49 seater deluxe coach or one 35 seater luxury coach will be provided. Additional vehicle could be provided only if the numbers of students are 40 and above, for providing vehicle for lesser number of Pax than 40, there will be a slight increase in the quoted rate.

BILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Billing will be based on “STUDENTS PAID OR ACTUAL NO OF PAX PRESENT FOR THE PROGRAMME WHICH EVER IS HIGHER”. 

BREAKAGES:

For any breakages the party will be responsible and to be settled directly@ resort/venue.
