Putani Mela is a joyful overnight programme specially designed for young children, blending traditional village games, creative art, music, dance, and interactive entertainment in a safe and nurturing environment. Through engaging activities such as hopscotch, marble games, horse-cart rides, magic shows, and village-themed art, children develop teamwork, confidence, creativity, coordination, and social skills while experiencing the charm of traditional childhood play. The programme concludes with a celebration and recognition ceremony, ensuring every child returns home with happy memories, new friendships, and valuable life skills learned through fun and exploration.

DAY 01

DETAILED PROGRAM ITINERARY:

04:00 PM – Welcome & Refreshments: Children arrive to traditional welcome, music and warm smiles.

04:30 PM – Putani Mela Activity Begin

Children will be divided into groups and rotate through supervised Traditional village games & fun challenges such as:
  • Chakra Gola (Cycle Tire Roll Game),
  • Kanna Muchi (Hide n Seek),
  • Nondi Atta (Hop n Catch)
  • Goli Atta (Marble Game)
  • Baccha (Hopscotch)
  • Tanga Savari (Horse-cart Ride) and many more

Each activity is supervised by trained staff to ensure safety and happiness.

06:30 PM – Quiet Cool-Down & Snack Time: Evening snacks are served as children unwind and relax after an energetic day.

07:00 PM – Magic Hour: An interactive magic show filled with surprises, laughter, and moments of pure wonder.

08:00 PM – Palm & Finger Village Art: Children will create a colourful village scene using palm prints for trees and huts, and finger dots for flowers and sun, engaging their creativity, sensory exploration, and fine motor skills.

09:00 PM – Relaxed Dinner Break: A nutritious, balanced Dinner is served in a calm setting. This is a recharge time where children relax, chat, and refuel.

10:00 PM – Overnight Stay at school

DAY 02

06:00 AM – Wake up and freshen up

07:00 AM – Music, Traditional Dance & Celebration: A lively Traditional dance with the emcee. Children express themselves through music, movement, and joyful celebration.

07:30 AM - Breakfast Break

08:30 AM - Happy Moments & Recognition Ceremony

Every child is celebrated with:

09:00 PM - See-Off & Happy Goodbyes: Children depart safely with warm hugs, cheerful waves, and unforgettable memories.

Through traditional games, creative art activities, music, and group celebrations, students develop teamwork, coordination, communication, confidence, and creativity. The program encourages active participation, cultural appreciation, fine motor development, and positive social interaction, helping children build joyful memories while learning through play and exploration.

SAFETY & SUPPORT: Trained facilitators and first-aid staff on site, Secure, child-friendly environment, Hygienic food & clean water throughout the program, adult-student ratio for close supervision, Contactable emergency support and live location tracking.

CRAZY HOLIDAYS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Once you finalize the itinerary and travel dates of your choice, please contact our executive to confirm availability.

STEP 2: After availability is confirmed and approved by the school, a payment circular will be forwarded Along with the track my tour details.

STEP 3: Once the list of registered students is finalized will be sharing a revised final itinerary for the programmes.

STEP 4: Sharing required documents for the programme & collecting from the school tour coordinator {in school letter head}.

COMPLIMENTARY RATIO FOR STUDENT: TEACHER {INCLUDING NON-TEACHING STAFF} 20:01

THE GIVEN RATE IS APPLICABLE FOR MINIMUM 50 STUDENTS OR MORE THAN 50 STUDENTS

Kindly submit the final number of students registered details latest by 7 working days before the Programme date.

To ensure a secure and informative experience for the parents, we offer "Track My Tour" facility, which allows the parents to view photos, videos and live bus tracking of the children during the trip.

NB: Please note that we will only take group photographs, which will be verified by our backend team before uploading and could be viewed only by school & parents by using a secure code. A copy of the group photographs will also be shared with the school as a memento.
