This two-day Coorg journey transforms the destination into a living classroom, connecting Tibetan culture, natural landscapes and wildlife conservation. Students explore Namdroling Monastery, experience Coorg’s ecology, engage with elephants at Dubare, and discover local traditions. 11:30 AM – Visit Namdroling Monastery – Golden Temple
“Where a community carried its culture across borders and made belonging a way of life.”
Namdroling Monastery introduces students to the living cultural heritage of the Tibetan Buddhist community. The monastery provides a glimpse into monastic life, traditions, architecture and the preservation of cultural identity.
The experience encourages students to look beyond a place of worship and understand how culture, identity and community can endure through change and displacement.

02:30 PM – Galibeedu Trek OR Kaveri Nisargadhama
“Step into the landscape, and the forest begins to reveal how life is connected.”
The afternoon moves from cultural immersion to Coorg's natural landscape.
Whether experiencing the terrain through the Galibeedu Trek or exploring Kaveri Nisargadhama, students encounter the relationship between landscape, biodiversity and human responsibility.
The experience creates an opportunity to understand the Western Ghats not simply as a scenic destination, but as a living ecological system where resilience, biodiversity and interdependence shape the landscape.

“Where the presence of wildlife becomes a lesson in responsibility.”
At Dubare Elephant Camp, students encounter the human–wildlife interface and gain an understanding of the importance of responsible engagement with wildlife.
The experience encourages them to think about animal welfare, habitat conservation and the relationship between human activity and wildlife — moving beyond simply observing elephants to questioning what responsible tourism and coexistence should look like.

The return journey provides students with time to reflect upon the contrasting experiences of culture, landscape and wildlife encountered during the programme.

An optional experience that introduces students to the world of automobiles, design, engineering and technological evolution.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY:
Standard check in and checkout time of most of the hotels are 12:00 noon. Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability. We will try to give as many rooms as possible for early check in or late checkout but we don’t promise to give all the rooms for the same. For guaranteed early check in or late checkout, the hotel(s) should be booked at the time of package booking by paying additional amount charged by the hotel.
